Romana KohoutovA and the MUSIC project Rokka Bright Sun

Romana Kohoutová is a singer and musician who is making her way in the music world with determination and passion. The former frontwoman of Mallstrom, Rissla and Divergence band now continues her artistic vision through her own project Rokka Bright Sun (RBS).

With a deep connection to music and rich experience from various band formations, Roma decided to go her own way and create a unique sound that combines the power of metal with crossover elements. Rokka Bright Sun is a musical reflection of her energy, emotions and stories that she wants to convey to people. And the reason? To provide joy and encouragement in a life that does not always flow easily and smoothly...

The RBS project is not just about music – it is a combination of emotions, strength and a positive message. The songs that Roma composes carry strong themes, from personal challenges to metaphorical stories that are meant to inspire and motivate listeners.

The journey of a musician is one of constant learning and improvement. Roma was lucky enough to meet teachers who helped her develop not only technique, but also a deeper understanding of singing as such. Among them, Mgr. Barbora Klozová Velehradská played a key role, under whose guidance Roma improved her voice and found a new dimension of interpretative expression. Every note she sings today carries a piece of these valuable experiences.

She collaborates on her compositions with SONIDOS recording studio producer Zdeněk Ondráček, whose experience and sense of sound help to create the unique atmosphere of her music. Together they work on the arrangements and sound form of the compositions to best capture their emotional depth and energy.

She is gradually recording her songs and working on a visual presentation of the project, including an animated video for the song The Hungarian Dog. Each new step is part of her goal to bring original and honest music that will appeal not only to metal fans, but to all those looking for music with a deeper meaning.
